This Moment Of Pure Joy Made me Forgot Everything Else..
It’s 5 AM. The bass vibrates through my body. I’m surrounded by friends, arms stretched toward the sky, twirling freely, expressing movement that has nothing to do with performance and everything to do with being.
As the sun peeks over the horizon, I feel it again—this unshakable lightness in my body. Every time I dance, it’s therapy. Every time I lose myself in flow, I feel whole again.
Dance Is My Therapy. Flow Is My Medicine.
In those early morning moments, the weight of responsibilities disappears. The expectations. The constant mental load. Gone.
All that’s left is joy. Not the kind you post about. Not the kind that’s manufactured for optics. I’m talking about visceral joy. The kind that hums in the air and pulses between bodies when people are fully present together.
And here’s a truth that hits me in the chest every time:
Joy is only real when shared.
It’s that moment when souls sync up—when we stop trying to do and just allow ourselves to be. That’s when time melts. That’s when the room transforms into a living, breathing entity of its own.
From Fibroid Surgery to Flow: Healing Through the Body
After my fibroid surgery, and surviving burnout that nearly broke me, I became hyper-aware of how energy lives in our bodies. The heaviness. The lightness. The stuckness. The rage. The grief. The joy.
It’s all there.
And if you’ve ever entered a space and felt something unspoken but so real, you know this too: Our bodies keep the score.
That’s not spiritual fluff. That’s real. You can feel when someone’s carrying grief. You can sense when joy fills a room. Our nervous systems are always reading the energy around us.
And yet, so much of modern life conditions us to disconnect from this truth.
We’re told to hustle, to optimize, to perform.
But what if the most potent medicine isn’t found in doing more, but in feeling more?
Joy is the Medicine. Love is the Vehicle.
This isn’t just a nice quote. It’s the core of how I run my business.
For me, business isn’t just about conversion rates or content strategy. It’s not about followers or funnels. It’s about creating containers for humanity.
Because the most powerful moments inside my PR program aren’t when someone sends the “perfect” pitch.
It’s when someone who’s been told their voice doesn’t matter sees their name in Forbes for the first time—and realizes they were never “too much.” They were just too brilliant for the rooms they were in.
It’s when a member navigating deep personal loss still feels held by the community because we don’t just celebrate wins—we honor the whole journey.
This is the work that matters.
Not just the strategy. Not just the templates. But the real moments. The shared ones.
What Brings You Into Flow?
Let me ask you something:
When was the last time you lost track of time? When you felt so alive you forgot to check your phone?
Maybe it was:
A spontaneous kitchen dance party to your favorite song
Getting beautifully lost in your own city
Laughing so hard with a friend you forgot what was heavy
Sitting in stillness with someone who truly sees you
That’s the real stuff. That’s the flow state your body is aching for.
Not another sales strategy. Not another AI tool. Not another metric to chase.
Flow > Force.
When we allow space for flow, we unlock clarity. Creativity. Wholeness.
Rick Rubin puts it perfectly in The Creative Act: A Way of Being:
"The answer is not to look for it... Instead, we create an open space that allows it. A space so free of the normal overpacked condition of our minds that it functions as a vacuum. Drawing down the ideas that the universe is making available."
That’s how I want to live. That’s how I want to lead. That’s how I want to build.
This Is Your Reminder to Let Joy In
So if you’ve been carrying the weight of the world—for your family, your business, your community—this is your gentle reminder:
You are allowed to feel light. You are allowed to dance. You are allowed to lose yourself in joy.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
So tell me…
What brings you into flow? Do you have a community to share that with?
Hit reply and tell me. I truly want to know.
With love,
Gloria
