Focusing on the long game by developing $10,000/hour SKILLS (such as storytelling, pitching, finding relevance in your message) vs getting stuck doing $ 10-hour tasks that can be delegated such as social media and making graphics or responding to customer service emails.
Focusing on 1st party data that you own by BUILDING YOUR EMAIL LIST, starting with a basic form on your website to collect email addresses since cookies/ads tracking is going away in 2024
Focusing on building SEO and long-term traffic through guest podcasting and getting featured, which provides powerful backlinks that an SEO agency would charge $2000 to bill you for every month

Focusing on creating VALUE in your offerings, instead of only resorting to giving website visitors discounts, and how to do it through newsletter follow-ups, personalized quizzes, and more

All PR Starter Pack monthly calls are part training, part mindset work, part workshop, part pitch feedback by me, and part live Q+A. We always have members share their successful pitching + follow-up strategies and how they led to an organic feature recently.

All calls are recorded, transcribed, captioned, time-stamped, and have a 7-10 page Google doc outlining the call's agenda, important key points, pitches, and questions clearly laid out for PR Starter Pack members to revisit in their portal at any time.

My team also compiles all questions and are building an ever-expanding Q+A directory with the exact minute marker so everyone can see the answers to tons of questions members ask!

All of this is nice and great, but nothing is as important as being in a community of founders who are rewriting the narrative that somehow we have to "wait our turn" to tell our story because we've been told that "someone else always has something better to say".

This is a legacy of oppression that keeps us small and quiet, and the sacred work we do in our community is to empower each other to rewrite that narrative so we can do the work we are put on earth to do.
