Read More--> They say that your life is determined by the quality of the questions you ask, so instead of asking, "in which ways do I not belong, or don't feel accepted, or good enough?" I challenge you to ask better questions that can make you feel connected and expanded.
Questions that tap deeper into yourself instead of being influenced by outside factors, such as: "How can my story invite someone else into my world and make them feel seen?"
By reframing a question, everything changes
So as we head into the 2 weeks remaining of this year, ask yourself: "How can I use my story, challenges, and vulnerabilities as a way to connect, elevate, and inspire, instead of keeping my small, stuck, and stagnant?"

Before you draft your email, research the podcast to ensure you’re a good fit for its audience. Rating and reviewing the podcast gives you a better chance to stand out, Chou said.
“Just to go a step beyond will make you stand out above 95% of the other people,” Chou said.
She recommended not putting your name or your company’s name in the subject line — don’t make the email about yourself. Keep it concise and no longer than three paragraphs. Download software that tells you when people open your emails, and follow up a few days after you hit send.
